The multidisciplinary Complex Systems Conference is part of the SPIE International Symposium Microelectronics, MEMS, and Nanotechnology.  The conference covers a wide scope of topical issues, involving complex systems. The conference will bring together university, industry and government researchers to discuss present, emergent and future directions in the area. With advancement in science, increasing interest in the interfaces between advanced technologies and the biological and quantum domains become intensified.
